Beer description
Sour ale is obtained due to the controlled fermentation by lactic acid bacteria and fermentation of cultured brewer’s yeast. 45 liters of fresh beet juice were added for fermentation. The sour taste is balanced by a denser body of beer due to the addition of lactose. It has a pleasant bright color, refreshing effect, and a light taste and aroma of beets.
