Porta Bruciata - Renna Ribelle

Who says you have to drink sweet beers at Christmas? RENNA RIBELLE is the right IPA for winter: without pronounced tropical hints, but with citrus, resinous, piney and balsamic notes, thus recalling the cold season. It is our bitterest IPA in production today: 77 persistent IBUs. A blend of English and German malts gives it a golden colour and balances the bitterness. The dominant hops are Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, Citra and Ariana, just to make sure we don't miss anything. Ours is a rebellious reindeer, which breaks loose from the reins of the sleigh and goes off on its own in the opposite direction!
