Birrificio Angelo Poretti - 10 Luppoli Dorata

This beer is brewed for the World Expo "Expo 2015 Milan". The basic idea was to create a beer that a champagne can remember, so this special beer is fermented twice. The first fermentation is done with normal brewer's yeast meanwhile the second is done with the use of a Champagne yeast (Saccharomyces bayanus).
