Pontino Olim Palus

Among our first borns, Olim Palus is a tribute to the territory of origin and production: the Agro Pontino. Always brewed with American yeasts, for 2017 our master brewer wanted to change its profile. Scottish yeasts to accentuate the esters of this India Pale Ale with an amber color and a creamy and persistent foam. In combination with the East Kent Goldings hop, which replaces the original Nelson Sauvin, the aroma is sweeter and fruity, enhancing the malty notes. Without neglecting body and drinkability, to recall the typically British IPA.
