Beer description
P.O.M. #2 blend of ciders from the 2017-2020 vintages, based on rare or unknown apple varieties sourced from old orchards surrounding Ignacio. The result is a distinct, dry flavour with a decidedly delicate character, which harmonise pleasantly with its bubbly carbonation. It tastes delicious both in traditional tasting and in the company of expressive cheeses, poultry or seafood.
