Birrificio Epica - Polifemo

Inspired by English India Pale Ale but characterised by abundant American hops, this beer falls into a vein largely explored by contemporary brewers. Perfectly balanced between hints of caramel, dried fruit and the bitterness of the hops. On the nose, the citrus and resins of the American hops heavily used in dry hopping dominate. The body is medium, making it easy to drink and immediately calling for another sip.
