Wheat Wine "Point Of No Return" .
Collaboration with Rock'n'Beer brewery from St. Petersburg. In this collective author's interpretation of the wheat wine style we decided to literally emphasise the wine component of this variety. So we took a dense wheat-malt base, fermented it with brewer's yeast, which we then separated and added grape juice and wine yeast for fermentation. The result is not boring - a dense, sweet and bright beer with a rich and complex flavour, including hints of wineiness, dried fruit and a pronounced sweetness, behind which it is almost impossible to detect a high alcohol content.
