Browar Kormoran - PLON Zielony

PLON green is an India Pale Ale style beer on a single Polish hop of the Sybilla variety. A particularly special beer because it is brewed only once a year, hopped with fresh, undried cones. Let's raise a toast to Polish hops together, because PL is ON :-) Ingredients: water, light and dark barley malts, wheat malt, hops, yeast. Hopped 5 times: on the mash, 2 doses to the brewing kettle, swirl vat and cold hopping.
