After the hugely successful debut of Beer Na Miodzie Gryczanym, the time has come for a beer that is a little lighter, more expressive but still fully honeyed. The light colour encourages you to reach for another glass, the ginger note adds a noble tartness and the honey smooths out all the flavours. It can be drunk cold, but also tastes delicious warmed. Aged for a long time. Unfiltered. The particles of brewer's yeast at the bottom of the bottle attest to the additional health aspect of this beer, as do the additions of honey and ginger.
