In the end, we kept the real icing on the Sorachi Ace cake. This hops were bred in Japan in the 1970s and are currently grown in the USA. It is characterized by a very distinctive aroma, you can smell anything from dill through citrus to coconut milk. It is all the more interesting that one of the parents of this hops is our Czech Žatecký poloraný červeňák.
