Another beer from our Single Hop series, in which we get to know the properties of individual hop varieties based on one experienced recipe. This time it was the American Mosaic, which was bred in 2012 from Simcoe hops and very quickly, thanks to its complex aromatic profile, it became one of the most popular American aromatic hops.
