Beer description
Pivovar Mazákfirst "sourdough" brewed on the occasion of the brewery's 9th birthday. It is a very aromatic, fermented and sour beer with a refreshing character. The acidity was achieved by the classic method of kettle souring, in which lactobacilli were added during the production of wort in front of the hop factory, which took care of lowering the pH of the beer.
Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pilsen), wheat malt, lactic acid, hops (Green Bullet, Cashmere, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin), top fermentation yeast
