Vienna, and caramel malts combine to provide the sweet, bready and caramel backbone to this IPA. Chinook balances the bittering side as Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade and Falconer’s Flight 7C’s provide a complex citrus profile that bursts with sweetness. Pacific Jade along with cascade are dry hopped to add more depth with aromatic notes of grapefruit, pine, blackberry, and white pepper. Balanced, dangerous, and brilliantly bright red.
