In 2023 we focus on session beers – it’s supposed to be an easy 12 months! To end this year’s series, we have dark, but light Black APA for you. The beer was hot-hopped with the experimental HBC 630 variety. When dry-hopping we used varieties from the USA and New Zealand – repeating HBC 630 and adding El Dorado® and Pacific Sunrise™ hops.
