Pilot #75 is our take on a Black IPA, but done on our terms, with our house lager yeast. So that makes it a Black IPL. Heavy dry-hopping imparts guava, pine, green papaya and floral notes. There's just enough roast to remind you that you're not drinking an IPL. That is, if you're accustomed to drinking beer with your eyes closed.
