Petskull Stuffed Raccoon

This delicacy is based off of our popular Saturday @ 7 Saison and named in honor of the final project our head brewer completed as a graduating senior in the spring of ‘89. Saisons are fruity in aroma and flavor, with earthy yeast tones and mild to moderate tartness. Now, load it with a crazy amount of peaches and this becomes the perfect spring beer for the Roncalli Auction. A pint of Stuffed Raccoon is just like the final project - finish it or you won’t graduate!
