Fuerst Wiacek - Personality Crisis

Brett IPA – Dry hopped with Vic Secret & Citra, and spiked with Peach & Passionfruit juice. This beer was carefully blended from 2 of our classic beers; Eat The Salad and Fuzz, brewed and then aged for 3 years before being hand bottled by our friends at Schneeeule. Beautifully perfumed with the fuzzy aroma of fresh peach, coriander, sea salt and passion fruit. Refreshing and crisp in the mouth, leaving the tongue tingling. It’s vibrant yet subtle with flavors of peach sorbet, clove, white grape, tart lemon and Earl Grey. Fantastic.
