Perfect Enigma is a DDH DIPA single hop, made exclusively with the Australian hop Enigma.
Enigma is a 'juicy' hop with red fruits such as raspberries and redcurrants in evidence, but what distinguishes it from other varieties are the white wine notes (similar to Nelson Sauvin), making it a fresh and refreshing hop.
