Question: What would JC do? Answer: IPA Good friend JC came down from Trillium in Boston for annual MWBBF, so the company figured why shouldn’t brew an IPA in their fashion? The brewery brewed this hazy IPA with gobs of Spelt, and dry-hopped it heavily with Mosaic and Galaxy. This hop saturated IPA is exploding with huge pineapple, orange and blueberry, minimal bitterness enough malt for you to remember you’re drinking a beer.
