For the third installment of Prism, dry-hopped saison series, the company selected Cascade and Hallertau Blanc. Using the same simple grist, and expressive Belgian yeast strain, this itineration of Prism exudes huge grapefruit notes blended with massive aromas of white tea with a slight classic grassy finish that the brewery all love in saison.
