Beer description
Nothing to Find is a mixed-culture oak aged saison brewed with Spelt and unmalted wheat. Boiled for multiple hours with aged whole cone hops, and fermented in stainless steel with a favorite Belgian yeast strain to preferred dryness. Transferred into French Oak wine barrels and further fermented and aged with resident South City cultures for 9 months, Nothing to Find was then conditioned naturally with a house blend of Brettanomyces.
