Perennial Fruits of Labor: Blackberry + Raspberry

Fruits of Labor is a new series of intensely fruited foeder-aged mixed fermentation beer. First aged for many months in one of our large format French Oak foeders, the brewery then move the mature beer into stainless steel on top of a massive amount of fruit. This series will be a way to experiment with different fruiting combinations and methods with this itineration featuring blackberries and raspberries.
