Brewed in May of 2016, this 4-grain Saison was 100% fermented and aged in a American Oak wine barrel for 4 months with a blend of house Saison strain and a wild yeast culture cultivated from Redbud flowers from brewer Christopher Kinast's back yard in early Spring 2015.
