Perennial Apparent Destination

Apparent Destination is the fourth beer we’ve made for the annual Honey Summit put on by the National Honey Board This year the company made a saison brewed with rice, Missouri unmalted red wheat, four year old whole cone Cascade hops, Missouri wildflower honey, black peppercorn and plums. Fermented on more plums, the brewery then lagered this Saison for 6 weeks before racking half into second use Smooth Ambler barrels and kegging the rest. Layers of stone fruit, bubblegum, black pepper and honey all day.
