Our new seasonal pola will blow your mind. A Sour that is based on the old and controversial GOSE style from Germany, which was characterised by its salinity, given naturally by the water of the river Goslar, which was used as the basis of the recipe. What makes it even more interesting is the acidity that was generated by letting it ferment spontaneously with the natural bacteria and yeasts of the environment. Don't worry if you didn't know the GOSE style, because during the 19th century and for a long time, it was practically extinct, but fortunately, a few years ago, it regained strength and gave rise to the creation of this wonderful Pola del pub, which with the freshness of the cucumber pulp added in the process, becomes a bold and memorable option.
