Peoples - Nine

Made with pale, caramalt, chocolate, and a touch of munich caramalt. This ale has caramel sweetness that fades into toffee flavors. It’s balanced with East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops to make for a smooth sweetness and malt complexity. Fermented with an Irish ale yeast at lower temperatures to keep ester production down and give a tasty malt character.
