Peoples Grisetta Stone

Made with Bohemian Pilsner malt, Malted wheat, Acidulated malt, and a French Saison yeast. Refreshing clean character with slightly tart flavors and a straw color. Originally brewed for the miners of the Hainaut province, as an alternative to the Saisons, brewed for the farmers. The name derived from the French word for “gray” referring to the factory frocks worn by the young women who served pints to miners and the color of the cobblestone rock being mined.
