Beer description

This beer highlights a blend of two different oak-fermented base beers. The first is a roasty, chocolatey, Belgian Brown Ale aged in French oak wine barrels and fermented with a yeast strain that highlights ripe dark fruit notes. The second beer is an acid forward Red Ale fermented in thrid use Bourbon Barrels with house souring cultures.
