In collaboration with Freigeist Bierkultur from Stolberg, Germany, we are pleased to introduce Pêche Fumé, a wild, sour wheat ale brewed with smoked malt then fermented in open-top puncheon barrels with Northwest-grown peaches. Fresh peach aroma is met with a soft smoked flavor and a dry, refreshingly tart finish
