Beer description
Brewed July 2016, bottled August 2017. Our flagship Sahalie (Mecca Grade pilsner & wheat with Cascade hops) aged in vintage brewery barrel Bobby Wak-Wak (which has been in use at the brewery since 2012) with 100# of white peaches. Excellent acidity produced from lactobacillus & pediococcus with the peach character intertwined nicely with our house ester profile.
