Single hop series - Hop variety 2021: DIAMANT
Diamant is characterized by hoppy, spicy, floral and citrusy aromas. The quality of the bitterness is rated as very high by the GfH. To sharpen the aroma profile of a beer brewed with this beer, the dry hopping technique is used. The result: a solid pilsner with a firm head, golden yellow color, fresh hop aroma, lean body, crisp bitterness and a pleasantly malty finish.
