Beer description
Leave the Kölsch in Kölle, we have the Rhüasch.
As Kölsch can only be brewed within the city limits of Cologne and only a beer brewed there can be called Kölsch, but I have always had a certain affection for this city and its drinking culture, the idea for Rhüasch was quickly born.
Kölsch is a pale, hoppy, top-fermented full-bodied beer. Of course, I can't help but put my own stamp on this drink in my version. In other words: 50% of the malt used for the beer is emmer malt, the rest is barley malt. The finest aromatic hops from Spalt and Tettnang are used. This beer is fermented in true Kölsch style using Kölsch yeast.
