Northern Monk Brew - Patrons Project 36.04 // I Laid This One

Our fourth Patrons Project release with Chris (Simpsons artist); a freshly laid pale ale. This is a twist-on-a-classic 5.5% pale ale, showcasing a couple of lesser-used Australian hop varieties, namely Ella and Topaz, backed up by our-beloved Citra. Expect a straw-coloured pale ale, with a hit of tropical orange, lemon, and a little bit herbal and a nice medium mouthfeel. A perfect beer to sup while tucking into your chocolate eggs.
