Northern Monk Brew Patrons Project 28.06 // Sour Party Garys

Our sixth and penultimate release with our sweet-toothed Patron Leimai Lemaow. Sour Party Garys. We've headed across the Pond for our candy inspiration this time, as we set about recreating a North American classic sweet. And we got Florida’s Tripping Animals to help us out while they were here for Hop City. We’ve used classic flavours of raspberry, orange, lime and lemon, over a Pale Ale base hopped with Mosaic. The result is a pink smoothie style Fruited Pale Ale, with tangy fruit flavour sharp sourness and a bag of sweets aroma.
