Pastry Mastery Escargots 4.9% unfiltered pasteurized light beer is a salty saur brewed with the addition of edible snail meat, nuts, garlic and spices.
The unique taste is a rather individual sensation: it can be fascinating for some, and for others - unusual and unappealing. Overall, it is delicate, with notes of garlic, aromatic herbs and walnuts, with a slight aftertaste of seawater; somewhat similar to mollusks, but with a more grassy-earthy tone. The texture of the beer is surprisingly smooth and creamy, and a bit of a gel "chew".
