Beer description

A sake inspired ale brewed with brown rice and yuzu fruit, and fermented with a mixed culture of bacteria, koji and sake yeast given to their Trade Brewmaster by Masaru, the head brewer of Terada Honke, a sake brewery that has been brewing since the 1600s. Their house culture has some amazing characteristics, and has resulted in a truly unique. Thanks for the yeast Masaru! It was an honor to brew with it!
