Oskar Blues - Party At the Lamppost

This name was pulled from a famous sound check by Phish at their 8/15/09 Hartford show. We felt the lyrics “I am bringing the cous cous and coconut juice, but we still need fire jugglers, a pendulum, an old man with a wooden leg and some sort of mind-erasing device,” was the perfect inspiration for our Coconut Infused Caribbean Stout. This Tropical Stout (warm fermented Lager Yeast) was aged on toasted shredded coconut for 7 days. Sweet aromatics of chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, cola, frosting, molasses and toffee, jam with nutty coconut and almond flavors. The result is a Tropical Getaway that will have feeling like you’re Partying At The Lamppost!
