Sigtuna Brygghus - Pale Ale

When we switched to green energy, we wanted to celebrate by creating a fully organic ale. After thousands of hours of toil and a tireless search for the right kind of organic ingredients, we were finally able to proudly present Organic Ale - an American-style pale ale where sweetness, bitterness and flavour form a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. Organic Ale is our homage to the West Coast microbreweries that were the first to experiment with the new aromatic hops in the early 1980s - a stroke of genius that revolutionised beer brewing forever.
