For our pale ale, we combine a balanced blend of pale malt and caramel malts, which ensures a light drinking experience with a moderate alcohol content and at the same time guarantees a full flavour. For the hopping, we select a special hop variety each time to conjure up new, exciting flavours of this miracle plant in the beer. Cheers!
