Beer description
Another beer for the Our New IPA Needs No Introduction series! This time Citrus Session Juicy
IPA. Sounds complicated? We're already explaining it!
Citrus - because we used citrus kest, i.e. very thinly peeled peels from oranges, lemons and grapefruits, which give a slightly different tropical aroma and flavour than American hops.
Session - because in this release we wanted maximum drinkability (sessionability), so we chose a lighter branch of the IPA family as the 'base for the beer'.
Juicy - because we arranged the malt and flake hopping and selected the yeast and fermentation profile in such a way as to achieve a pleasant juiciness and velvety character.
