Beer description
For the Oude Geuze Barrel Selection Port Wood Whisky Edition, one-year-old Lambic was aged in whisky barrels for around 30 months. A small amount of young Lambic was then added for the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The result is an explosion of flavours: hints of vanilla and coconut, but also a pleasant acidity and a creamy, full-bodied finish. An Oude Geuze for real epicureans
