For a buck, this beer is astonishingly light, a solid yellow, clear and unclouded, forms a white and intense crown. Even the nose is not overwhelmed by this beer, but gentle malt aromas with a little caramel are perceptible. The fact that this beer is a goat is made clear by the very presence of alcohol in the otherwise malty taste. Atypical of the variety, but not unpleasant, there is a bitterness of the hops that intensifies somewhat over the course of the year. Basically, you can't deny that this buck is drinkable, but this also arises from an overall rather thin appearance. A real body does not want to develop in this way either. It is a bit more bitter again in the aftermath, where the bitterness briefly takes precedence over the taste of the malt sweetness. A long malty aftertaste follows. A little more complexity would do this buck well.
