Beer description
The brewers needed a crusher for the winter time, so they "whipped up" a crispy dark lager; Roper! On top of a lusciously bready base, we added flaked maize and sprinkled in some choice roasted malts. We patiently let this beer lager for 6 weeks, giving it an extra smooth finish. This beer comes across with a soft roastiness, a light bitterness, and notes of sweet corn and bread dough.
