Minotaur is an earthy, fruity beer aged in bourbon barrels. A rich maltiness from the Munich malt and Golden Promise lay a foundation for the acidity and wood to blend. With this blend, the brewmaster adds Java Lords coffee beans and vanilla for silky richness.
