Orca - Wild Temptation

“Wild Temptation” - brewed and conceived together with Sophia and Lukas from ‘Liquid Story’ in Braunschweig. A heavenly combination of ingredients that at first glance appear to be very different, but which ultimately bring a wonderful harmony to the glass. Creamy, smooth, dark, sweetly chocolaty and slightly roasted milk stout, mixed with soft apricots, fresh rosemary and two different Mexican chillis called “Ancho” and “Chipotle Morita”. The latter are dried red jalapenos, which are smoked for several days using a traditional method over pecan wood, giving them a slightly smoky flavor. Neither chilli is really hot, but rather spicy, chocolaty and fruity. The “soft apricots” bring a full-bodied, light fruitiness and “caramel notes”. Rosemary very subtle and accompanying. Noticeable but subtle, especially at warmer drinking temperatures, and that is intentional. The lactose provides sweetness and creaminess as well as body. The other ingredients balance this out very well. “Wild Temptation” is perfect for enjoying in the darker months of the year. Immerse yourself in it, try it out and go on a taste journey.
