Beer description
The “Snjóland” in the second edition.
A hop-intensive “Cold IPA”, brewed with barley malt and a portion of rice flakes, generously hopped with the American varieties Sabro, Idaho7, and Simcoe. Fermented with a top-fermenting Kölsch yeast at very low temperatures.
This year with a higher residual sweetness, making it fuller and creamier. The hops blend in very well with their exotic fruit notes. It leans towards coconut, pineapple, red berries, grapefruit, ripe mango, as well as some pine and resin. Smooth, fruity-hoppy drinking experience where the individual hop varieties shine on their own and together.
