Orca - NBG POP Festival Bier 2024 | Mosaic

American Style Golden Ale with a hint of American Mosaic hops. A blend of traditional Franconian (malt) and modern American (hops) ingredients. Fresh, drinkable, pleasantly hoppy with a very light hint of exotic fruitiness from the Mosaic hops. The Golden Ale was only dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, not hop-bursted. Nevertheless, the addition of hops in the chilled whirlpool at the end of the brewing process adds a nice hoppy-fruity exotic note to the beer.
