Orca - Kellerbier Saphir

A Kellerbier 2.0 - for both the "modern" and the "traditional" connoisseur. Bottom-fermented brewed, fine-malty with a nice pronounced hop note. Always brewed and stuffed with a regional hop from the organic farm Friedrich "Singel". In this version "Sapphire". Light malt notes, full of character and quaffable. The regional and "highly refined" aroma hops "Saphir" gives a fine spicy-fruity bouquet with a slight citrus note that blends wonderfully into the somewhat malty body. Flavorful but still extremely drinkable. Bottom fermented and long lagering.
