Orca - Heimkehr

This special beer was created in collaboration with the “Bierschoff”. Inspired by his trip to mankind's first brewery in Göbekli Tepe (Turkey), he brought back unique ingredients that give this beer a very special flavor. Brewed with various Franconian malts, the fine Slovenian hop varieties “Bobek” and “Styrian Wolf”, a portion of adventurous spirit - as well as a portion of holy water from the Vatican. Not forgetting the blessing and consecration from the Bierschoff himself on the brewing day. The result? Finely malty, mildly hoppy, with gentle cookie and toffee notes, a hint of dark caramel and a very light herbal-floral freshness from the hops. Full-bodied yet light and drinkable - perfect for typical Franconian pourability and the holy spirit.
