"Breathe & Let Go" is a light, playful, and wonderfully balanced Sweet & Sour Ale. Fresh like the first rays of sunshine, slightly sour, with a fine lemony note and a hint of soda mint dancing gently through the aroma. A touch of vanilla adds depth, while a fine pinch of salt provides that certain mineral extra. And then there is the lactose, which rounds off the interplay between sweetness and sourness and gives the whole thing a wonderful creaminess.
